"Ingenuity. Honor. Strength."

Saints Robotics' official motto represents our our most paramount values and the ideals behind them. It is inspired by Interlake High School's own motto: "Integrity. Humanity. Scholarship." In creating this slogan, the school's own needed to be elaborated upon, as it failed to represent this organization's unique personality. Hence, "Ingenuity. Honor. Strength." came about—a symbol of what we are and what is to come.

"Ingenuity" refers to the clever and inventive nature of the team. Ingenuity can always be augmented, being achieved with intelligent and skillful design of not only the robot's hardware and software, but of all solutions towards running this team.

"Honor" refers to the FIRST term "Gracious Professionalism," defined as "knowledge, pride and empathy comfortably blended." Saints Robotics values trust and respect in its dealing with others and among its members. It remains a pillar behind the FIRST organization's conduct, as well as our own.

"Strength" refers to the impact that Saints Robotics has and hopes to have in not only its school, but also in the community, including the Crossroads and Overlake neighborhoods. It stands for the resolve and unity in the Saints Robotics team, and the bonds felt with each other and our supporters.

Together, "Ingenuity. Honor. Strength." represents the active philosophy of Interlake High School robotics.
